Our Expertise is in Real Estate

SBS Investments Inc. are real estate experts. We leverage our industry knowledge and local contacts to find hidden gems that are likely to monetize. These are multi-family homes and apartments that may need updating, renovating, and/or proper management.

ABOUT US

Strategic Building Purchases

We seek out a variety of properties of varying sizes. Our goal is to seek out multi-family units and moderately sized apartment buildings in need of upgrading, renovation, and repair. We measure renovation costs versus potential long-term gains to determine the right fit for our portfolio of investors.

Increasing Value to Drive Profitability

Once a building is purchased, we work with our local contractors, landscapers, and tradespeople in order to re-energize the property. Whether it’s a new roof or a new coat of paint, we’ll put in the work to re-imagine the space. Our homes are filled with families and professionals willing to pay more for upgraded housing and better management.

Investments for Longer-Term Investors

Our goal is long-term investment, with a horizon of 5-10 years. Our investors benefit from the rental fees and, ultimately, the sale of the property, which will increase in value over the course of a decade or more.

An Eye on Western Canada

SBS Investments Inc. seek high-value, low-cost properties across Western Canada. Current properties are located in Kamloops, Vernon, and Edmonton. We aim to expand our investment footprint in the coming years and welcome accredited investors that can buy-in for a minimum of $100,000 and have a long-term investment strategy in mind.

Your Exit Strategy is Baked In

At SBS Investments Inc., while our investment horizon is long-term, we do plan for exits. Investors sign a shareholder’s agreement. This agreement governs the project and protects all shareholders. As part of a small group of investment professionals, you have a say in what happens to the assets and can “cash-out” after a five-year window, or hold for a longer-term in order to collect a passive flow of cash over time.
